So it has taken a while... but finally I have settled on an American Idol contestant that I believe should win. It's David Cook. He is AWESOME! He can sing anything and sound out of this world awesome while doing it. GO DAVID COOK!

Big Announcement

I got a job! And not just any job, a GREAT job! People know that I usually don't settle for things, and this certainly was no exception. It's exactly what I was looking for, and a company that I really wanted to work for. I start work on Monday at Paul Reed Smith Guitars (PRS). I'm so excited!

Potentially BIG Announcement By The End Of The Week

OK, so by the end of the week there just may be a very big, important announcement made by me. It MIGHT happen. I should know something for sure by Thursday, keep checkin' back for more!

Might Add Another Column To Blog

So I'm really thinking that I want to add another column to the left of my blog. Probably keep the layout and colors and all the same, just add another side column so that I can put more cool stuff there... or not. We shall see.

She's 115!

The woman you are looking at is 115 years old! She turned 115 today. She was born April 20, 1893... 1893!!! That's insane! And get this, she has five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren!!!! Isn't that crazzzzy!?! It's a glimpse as to what we can expect in the new system, of course minus the looking like we are getting old part!

Woohoo! Warm Weather Is Finally Here!

Yup yup yup, warm weather has arrived and its here to stay! It was in the 80's today! So of course as I was running around town I had the top down on the 'Stang for the first time this year, it has been awesome! I'm typing this as I sit here in the K-Mart parking lot with the top down under the gorgeous early evening sky. OMG everything about the weather is perfect! I love it.

Ok so i will tell you everything tomorrow, but we had someone in our yard that was chased off by our dog. The cops showed up and everything. They had spotlights and all. I will have all the details tomorrow and some video as well. I have a feeling I won't be sleeping tonight... atleast not well.

No Gym For Me Today :-(

So I have decided to not go to the gym today because of my stomach. It sucks cause now I'm gonna feel all loose and fat lol. I'm so used to hitting the gym every Monday, Wednesday and Friday that it feels strange not going, and of course this happens right when I'm hitting my ideal weight and size! I'm back down to a comfy size 30 waist, yay! I can even fit into my size 14/16 kids bathing suit I got in 2005. Now I have to watch what I eat to make sure that I stay that way while I take off from the gym, hopefully just for today.

I Hate Stomach Pain

So I am typing this to you while I'm here in my bathroom... like you wanted to know that :-P. Anyway, last night I ate a big plate of spaghetti and afterwards my stomach started hurting really bad. It had hurt like this a few months ago and I got it looked at then and nothing showed up and after months of the pain it just went away. That was January. Now that we are in the middle of April, it has come back and the pain gets so bad that I have to bend over, but I don't know why cause just like in January, that doesn't help any. I guess it's just a natural reflex. Anyway, i want the pain to go away. Going to the bathroom, drinking milk, bending over, standing straight up, laying down, taking Mylanta, Tums... non of it works to ease the intense piercing pain I feel around and just to the right of my belly button. Anyway. I just felt like venting about it.

Dang, When Did Country Music Become So... Choreographed and Scantily Clothed!?

A performance on last nights CMT Awards. It's LeAnn Rimes, and man is it hot! She not only sings great live, but does a choreographed dance and she and her fellow dancers are dressed in sexy, 40's/50's style women's jail clothing, WAY above the knee. Now remember, this is country music! Gotta love the way it's going, lol.

Waitin' For My Ride Outside The Gym

So here I am waiting on the steps of my gym after my workout. My mom dropped me off on her way to Centreville and was suppossed to be back by 3:00 PM...well that has come and gone and almost a half an hour later she still isn't here... wait nevermind she just pulled up and now im in the car lol.

New Feature Added To MicVachon.com

I am adding the label/tag feature to my blog. You all know what that is, it's like organizing my blog, you click on the certain label and you will see all the posts that pertain to that subject. For example, if I post a story about weather, I will have a weather label at the bottom of that post. Then you can click on the "Weather" label and it will take you to every post that I labeled "Weather", including that one you just had read. Pretty cool huh? I will slowly be adding labels/tags (same thing) to all my posts starting from this month and going backwards in time.

UPDATE: As of 04/16/08 all posts from August 2007 up to now are labeled. I will keep adding labels to the rest of the posts in the near future.

Potentially Big Development In Job Search Coming Later This Week

Ok so not gonna say much, but there may be a BIG announcement as far as a job for me coming later this week. Let's wait and see. The news may come as soon as Wednesday, or as late as Friday. Stay tuned!

Crazy Talent

So if I could get my hands on a piece of a celebrity, it would for sure be the one and only Leona Lewis. She has broken countless records across the world and she has finally arrived here in the USA. Now Leona actually has been hot elsewhere since 2006, but the American market is so hard to break into, so it took 2 years to arrive here, and I say "FINALLY"! She is so friggin amazing. I know for sure that her single "Bleeding Love", which is being played like crazy on American radio, will break some sort of record here in the US, just as it has worldwide. Take a look at this chart on the success of "Bleeding Love"(click pic to make larger)...
...the single has gone to No.1 in every charted country, and then No.1 WORLDWIDE. That's insane! Now sometimes an artists can have one big hit and then thats all, becoming a "one hit wonder", but I have heard other songs that are to come from Leona, and I assure you she will be around as long as the world as we know it is. Leona and her music will be HUGE.

9:45 PM UPDATE: It has just been reported that Leona Lewis will soon be signed to a contract valued at fifty million pounds sterling - or one hundred million dollars! The contract, if signed, will instantly make Lewis the highest-paid female artist on earth... EVER! Like I said, she's gonna be a legend and the record execs know it.
