So I have decided to not go to the gym today because of my stomach. It sucks cause now I'm gonna feel all loose and fat lol. I'm so used to hitting the gym every Monday, Wednesday and Friday that it feels strange not going, and of course this happens right when I'm hitting my ideal weight and size! I'm back down to a comfy size 30 waist, yay! I can even fit into my size 14/16 kids bathing suit I got in 2005. Now I have to watch what I eat to make sure that I stay that way while I take off from the gym, hopefully just for today.
