Plans, A Blueprint To My Next Year (Quite Possibly My Most Amazing Post Ever)

So really the only eventful moment I had this week was The FOX News channel, yes the national one, came to PRS Guitars and hung out there all day. That was pretty awesome :) I saw a news anchor I watch all the time on TV and saw how the whole behind the scenes thing goes down. Pretty cool. Other than that, I had a pretty uneventful week. My weekend, however, is looking to be quite the opposite. Today, Friday, I am downloading a boat load of new music and then gonna head out and pick up Will and we are gonna go to the mall and find a costume for tonight's costume party. I am debating between being Lady Gaga or a cheerleader with pom pom's. I was leaning towards Lady Gaga earlier in the week. Now I am leaning towards the cheerleader. I only have a few more hours until the party tho so I need to hurry! After the party, who friggin knows what I'm gonna get into. Not trouble tho, that's for sure.
Tomorrow after hopefully sleeping in, Will and I are gonna go to the movies. I don't know what we are gonna see since he wants to see "Paranormal Activity" and I refuse to see that lol. I guess we will see. Nic has school and then work after so that's that.
Sunday's plans compose of one word. Football.

Now... I'm gonna go wayyyyy into the future, a week from now, next Friday. That's when the DROID is released. I cannot tell you how excited I am for this! If I wore "panties", I'd cream them lol. I can't contain myself. The part that sucks tho is that while everyone else is going to be paying $200 for the DROID, I will have to pay about $1000 for the same phone. Yes that's 3 zero's :(. Why? Because my contract with them doesn't end til December 2010... so I have to pay full retail price of the phone and also a penalty for terminating my contract prematurely. I sure hope it's worth it!

Now let's look even further into the future. January. I am 99% sure I will be taking hip hop dance lessons at AACC. I am so excited but just need to find out the total cost. Hopefully, it will be affordable.

Wanna go even further into the future? Well ok then :P I need to make more friends. Now, I know what you are thinking... I already have a ton and am always busy. True. But, most of my friends are moving away next summer. So i need to start making new ones, that plan on staying local, so when my now amazing friends leave me, I have friends still here to keep me going. It's gonna be interesting, but I look forward to seeing who is in my life this time next year.

And finally, here are some things I plan on doing/accomplishing in the future, however with no set date or goal in time. I want to redo my blog. Change the look and design. Make it more me "now" rather than 2 years ago lol. I need to tone up, lead a healthier life. I need to get some schedule or organization to my life. Like a workout and diet regimen, extra curricular activities. Get involved. I want to become an active member in the volunteer/LGBTQ community. Help those that are cast off to the side or hurt or need help for being who they are.
I am hoping all of the goals come to fruition, but when is a different story. We shall see. :)

Now, I think that's all for now. Gotta go shower up and head out and get these plans moving... starting with tonight! :D

I Hate Variables

I hate them. I hate when you think life is going some place. Some where certain, it takes a brutal unforeseen turn and you land in the crappiest most tortuous situation. It's not fair.

Today Was A Pretty Spectacular One; Social Hibernation

Wow! Today was just randomly awesome! Lol. No particular thing happened or anything, but I feel like today was pretty darn good! I'm exiting my cold thankfully. It's not all gone though by any means, I'm still coughing and have nose issues, but other than that it's all good. Everything else was great today. I don't know what it was/is but I like it! Now I'm at home and pretty darn bored. I'm not gonna go to the meeting tonight because I am "contagious". So it's better to stay home and just spread my germs here and at work lol. I really wanna go out though. Oh btw, I'm trying something new into the autumn... and that is I am in "social hibernation". What is that you may ask? Well I will tell you lol. Since the end of August I have not gone out or done anything with anyone except immediate family... and that's even limited. Why? Well to make a really long story short, to stay out of trouble. Again, not that sort of trouble that you would think of. I'm not a "get in to trouble" kinda guy. It's all relative. Lol. It wouldn't be "trouble" if it were anyone else, but for me it is so therefore I'm trying at all costs to stay out of it. :-) So yeah, I plan on being in this state of "hibernation" until everything gets fixed and corrected that needs to be, both spiritually and personally. I will probably make some exceptions though. Like next week, I plan on going to the mall and shopping like crazy with Marshall. That will be a rare situation that I make an exception. Anywho, I guess that's it for now.

I Miss My Friends

So I'm really missing my friends. My real, true, genuine friends. It's been forever since we've been able to talk, hang out or do anything and I'm ready. It sucks not being able to do all that stuff. But I'm working really hard so that hopefully really soon we can hang out and goof off again like ol' times :-D I hope we can pick up right where we left off. Until then, the meetings and conventions/assemblies will have to do for now, atleast I get to see everyone. It gets me by. That's all I can ask for right now I guess. But, I WILL NOT let this get me down! I'm a happy person, on the right path and I plan on staying on it! :-D Anyway, just wanted to vent. No worries!

It's Amazing

It is amazing how things can just start coming together when you do the right thing. You just stop for a moment, step back and look at the big picture. It puts things in perspective. That's what I have done the past few weeks and I am so glad I did. I have changed some things around in my life, and already I am seeing small and large results... all of which are positive. Not only do I see things lining up for me in the near term, but also way down the line. I'm so excited. Life is pretty darn cool.

Haha, Florida Is "Cold"

Lol, ok so there is a "Wind Chill Advisory" in effect for central and southern Florida including the Miami area. Windchills will be in the teens for inland Florida, which is pretty darn cold for south Florida, while South Beach and the rest of south Florida's coastline can expect windchills in the upper 20's to near 30 degrees. Come on you bunch of cold weather babies! Lol. Our highs in the winters here don't get outta the teens sometimes. Nevermind the winchills! But, when your not used to it I can see the point. But still its kinda funny... atleast in my own little dimented mind.

Guns + Animals = MURDER!

I HATE hunting! Its is a vial, pointless, selfish, murderous way to pass the time. Hunting is the shooting of innocent, helpless, and often majestic creatures that have lives of their own. There is only one purpose of hunting that I am OK with and that is to supply food for ones family WHEN NEEDED. However, when someone has a refrigerator and freezer full of food, or has the means to comfortably afford food from the grocery store, killing the animal and bringing it home IS NOT PROVIDING NEEDED FOOD! What makes hunting even worse, is that usually the animal often suffers excruciating pain after being shot, sometimes for hours gasping for air as their lungs that were punctured by an arrow or bullet slowly collapses and fills with their own blood. Many times, the victims young babies are nearby and often watch their parent, and provider of safety and food cry out in anguish, and there is no one to help or ease the suffering, and often after the baby sees that horrific scene, it too parishes from lack of nutrition/safety, all because a selfish, thoughtless human being was bored and needed to pass some time! What a freaking shame! You just need to imagine spending a beautiful day at the park with your mom and all of a sudden an arrow shoots right into her chest, and you two begin to panic, you see your mom gasping for air, frantically trying to survive, uttering last words to you, as blood oozes, or even pours out of her mouth and nose. Than after a period of time someone comes up and pokes your mom to see if she's alive. Once its "all clear", the hunter leans over and proudly lifts your moms now lifeless head, still fresh with a look of anguish plastered on her face, and the hunter poses for a picture taken by a friend. PICTURE THAT KIND OF FREAKING SCENE EVERY TIME YOU THINK ABOUT HUNTING, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT IS!!!!!!!!!

I Am So Fortunate

CURRENT WEATHER: CLOUDY/SCATTERED FLURRIES/WINDY 32*

OK so I was listening to my local radio station HOT 99.5 tonight and they were playing the regular Top 40 stuff they always do, and then at 10PM they just started carrying a new national radio show called "Dawson Mcallister Live". Dawson is a therapist that takes phone calls from guys and girls 25 and under, so I was listening and OMG! talk about crazy. I mean there are a lot of troubled teens. I feel so sorry for them. I mean there are 14 year old girls on there talking about getting raped and pregnant, and then giving away the baby, and guys and girls talking about being in drug and suicide clinics. Wow. I have always known that I have been fortunate, but after a few minutes of this show... it just made me that much more thankful for my life that I have.
