North Carolina Here I Come!

Woot! I'm so excited! February 19-22 I will be in NC visiting Jared! AAAAAHHHHHH! I'm sooooo excited!

UPDATE: I am now flying down Wednesday night the 18th instead of Thursday! :-D

Movie Fun; SNOW!

So yesterday I went out to eat and to the movies after work with my momma and April. We went to Applebee's and then we went and saw "Mall Cop". We had tons of fin and shared lots of laughs :). One of the defining moments of the night was when I saw one of those "pay to look" giant binocuilar things. It was aimes at a patch of distant balloons on a movie advert and so I tried my hardest to get that thing to work and after 2 minutes of messing with it... I realized it was fake lol. Here I am trying to figure it out, and then April joins in :)




Now let's talk about the SNOWWW! Today it snowed all day! Not too hard, but decent. So pretty! It's our first REAL snowfall of the season. Tonight it's gonna tirn into an ice storm and then all rain by morning.

My Weekend :)

Here's a brief look at my weekend.

Friday: I went out with Phil and his friend Mark to TGI Fridays and we all gave our number to the waitress just to see if she'd do anything lol. Phil and Mark got a text saying, "no way... learn how to tip". I got no text cuz I left a good tip lol. Then I went over to Phil's house until like 11PM and then headed home.

Saturday: I slept in until 1:15PM! Then I got up did some stuff on the computer and at around 3:30 headed over to Eric's house where we got ready for our cookie party. We had to go shopping and get the supplies. So we went to Safeway and got the chocolate chips and looked on the back and figured out what we needed to get. It took us 30 mins to find the baking soda! And of course we had passed it 3 times already! Anyway we get out to the car and realize Eric had walked out with the hand basket... so he just plopped that into the back seat as well and took it home lol. The we cooked some cookies, and that was that. Then we watched some TV until a little after 1AM and then I came home.

Sunday: Just chillin at home :)

Facebook!

So Myspace sucks. It's bulky, unclean and full of crap. So whats the alternative? FACEBOOK! Facebook is so clean and neat and orderly. And it's easier and more fun to control! So if you have a Facebook, go ahead amd click my badge below and if I know and like you I will add you. I update that thing like crazy daily from my phone. I love it!

Wow! What A Week So Far!

So this week has been pretty awesome. Ok well I mean not insane or anything... but definitely fun! So on Monday I hung out with Eric which was fun! We went to the mall and his house and played video games. Saw it snow a little bit, then I went home lol. On Tuesday I went to work, watched Barack Obama become the 44th President of the United States of America. That was crazy seeing all of those people there! After work I went and spent some time with Alex across the bridge. We went and had Chinese food in downtown Annapolis, and and then we went back to his place and watched American Idol. Then I left and that was that. Yesterday, Wednesday, I planned on doing nothing after work, but then while at work I got an invite to have dinner over Amanda's (also where Marshall and I went to the football party Sunday). So I got there and helped make some chicken parmesan and chocolate cake :). They had a few people over and we all literally sat around the table for 4 hours and laughed our butts off all night! It was a blast! Then I got home and went to bed at around 11:15. And today I worked and paid some bills. That's about it. :)

Fun Times At Best Buy (And Beyond)

Yesterday other than freezing my butt off all day because it was so intensely cold... I had an awesome time hanging with Phil. I texted him and told him that I would be leaving at around 1PM to go to Red Lobster where we were meeting. He read that as to MEET him there at 1PM. So needless to say when I texted him telling him I was on my way, he was already there lol. So he had to wait for me for like 20 mins. We ate and headed to his house. We watched some TV, played some board games and then later we headed off to Circuit City. We then headed to Best Buy where we stayed for about 2 hours lol. We looked at computers, TV's and then we played "Rockband" which was on display for like 30 mins or so. I suck at that so bad lol. Then we went to the instrument room. Where we wentc crazy on keyboards, guitars, and drums! Below are some pics of the instrument playing. We had a blast!

The AFC Championship is Sunday! I'm going to a football party Sunday with Marshall. I'm so excited! It's Ravens vs. Steelers... the ultimate rivalry! Whoever wins is headed to the Super Bowl. GO RAVENS!

So Cold!

It's been so cold recently and it's gonna get colder! On Friday it might not make it out of the teens for the high! I'm really really ready for summer!

The Most Amazing Time of My Life

This past Thursday - Today (Sunday) I was in Washington DC. I can't possibly explain how amazing and awesome this trip was. The only word I can come up with is that it was perfect. Absolutely perfect. After picking up my peeps from the airport, we went to the hotel and driving in DC in rush hour traffic was an experience I hope to never have to go through again lol. So needless to say once the valet got my car, that car never left the garage until we left today lol. It was all walking for us! Even if it was bone chilling cold! So anyway Thursday night we were hungry and so we left the hotel to find food and we were so cold we just stopped and settled for Blimpie lol. Then we went back to the hotel and watched some TV, played on the elevators which was hilarious when a whole bunch of people got on the elevator with us on it and every single button pushed lol. It was soooo funny stopping at every single level! We got some looks and some comments lol. Then all three of us finally went to bed and we had to share a King bed. That kinda sucked lol. I need my space! Anyway everything we did isn't all that entertaining really. It was awesome because of the company. Basically I guess the things you would appreciate are we saw the White House twice, since our hotel was 2 blocks from it. We saw the hotel Barack Obama is staying at until he is Prez and there was a protester outside the hotel yelling in a megaphone in a fluffy pink jacket at him lol. And then last night we saw the Obama's family's motorcade drive by us. That was pretty cool. So yeah it was an awesome, very personal trip that I will always remember. Oh and I gained some weight while in DC as well. Lol.

2009 Not Off To A Good Start

I practically collapsed today in pain at work from a sudden rush of excruciating pain in my abdomen. I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and went into convulsions from the pain, was strapped down and given morphine. Want to know what is wrong? I have a kidney stone. And I will be passing it sometime in 24 hours. I'm dreading that! Anyway that's what is going on with me currently.

This last week I have been fighting a really horrible sinus infection where I have already had to flush my sinuses with "Sinus Rinse" (youtube it, its horrible). So that's that.

And finally, my internet has been off for forever, so I apologize, but everything should be back up and running soon. Oh and because I have been so busy, so sick and missing some work and paying a lot of bills... I'm EXTREMELY poor :(.

No Internet To Start Out 2009

So I have had no internet for days now. That's why you don't see any Top 100, or any other posts. In reality I have lots to talk about and lots of pictures to share. so whenever our internet is back up and running, i will let you know. Anyway, 2009 is now here and im so excited to see where it is going to take me. I had no idea 2008 was going to be as insane as it was, so it just makes me that much more excited for 2009 :-D
