"The Crazies"

Tonight I went with Kristianna and Courtney to see "The Crazies". I have never heard either one of them scream as much as they did during that movie... and I was sitting in between them lol. It wouldn't surprise me if I went deaf. Now did I scream? Only two or three times. All the other times everyone screamed I was hiding behind my hands haha. It was a really good movie and we had an awesome time. :) oh an guess what? I GOT GLASSES! Mostly for driving. DC to see Aris tomorrow!

I Love My Life Right Now

It has nothing to do with a guy. Or anything like that. Take away anything to deal with "guys" and right now, my life is AMAZING. And I can only see how things will get even better as days go by. At the end of 2009 and the very beginning of 2010, I was scared of what 2010 might bring and I didn't want to let 2009 go. But OH BOY let me tell you, I am running full speed ahead into 2010 now, without looking back. I am SO EXCITED about life now. Everything is coming together. This year, I am doing ME. I am happy with ME. And no one else. If a guy comes along, so be it. Maybe tomorrow, maybe 2 years from now. That, however, is not my focus. Right now my focus is me and my future, and boy does it look amazing. Hello 2010! 2011, HERE I COME! ;)

Happy Valentine's Day!

So I've met a guy. I've actually known him for a while now, but not closely. Then a few weeks ago April told me he was talking about me and well I guess one thing let another and now he and I are talking. He's entirely too sweet. Very kind and giving. I went and spent the night at his place last night near DC and got to meet his roommate and some friends. That was fun. :) we had dinner in DC, rented a movie from Blockbuster. Overall we had a great time. He even surprised me with some roses and chocolates at midnight for Valentine's. THATS what kind of guy he is. :) Now before he entered my life I was not looking for anyone. I was very happy being single, and still am. But this guy may be too good to let go. So slowly forward I go. Letting him in a tiny bit at a time. And we will see where it goes.

Second Blizzard In 5 Days

This year has been nothing but snow snow snow so far! Let's recap. In middle December we had Blizzard No.1. It dropped about 20"+ of snow. January we had a few little storms come thru providing us with constant yet tolerable snowfall. The end of January ended with a surprise snowstorm of 8" on Saturday and Sunday. It kept me snowed in for two days. Then Monday-Thursday were fine... but then on Friday, Blizzard No. 2 began. And boy was it a big one. Newscasters dubbed it "The Snowpocalypse" and President Obama called it "Snowmageddon". We got 28" of snow Friday and Saturday. I left work halfday Friday to avoid hazardous roads. I pretty much was snowed in completely thru Tuesday (yesterday), except we did manage to get the van out and get supplies before this next Blizzard hit. Now we move on to today, Wednesday. Day 5 of being snowed in. The blizzard has hit and we are going no where. It's unbelievable. For once I actually miss going into work and seeing other people lol. Hopefully this is the last of the blizzards for the year. It's been intense for sure. We have already surpassed the record for the snowiest year on record. Approaching 70"! And to literally have 2 Blizzard WARNINGS posted for Queen Anne's county in 5 days is unreal. Who knows whats next. Take a look at this picture I just took moments ago, pretty awesome huh!?

Record breaking blizzard! The blizzard warning went into effect at 7pm Friday and ended about 24 hours later. What a ride that was! The blizzard of 2010 gave Stevensville 28" of snow! INCREDIBLE! Here are some pictures :)

I suck at updating. I admit it. And I don't even have an excuse to not update, cuz I have an app on my phone that posts right to Micvachon.com. Anyway what has been happening in my life? Welll... a lot lol. And if I updated like I USED to, you'd know all the juicy details. But I guess the majors are snow and cold and friends. First of all... we have had such a snowy winter! Its crazy! Lol. I got snowed in last Saturday from a snowstorm and we had more snow yesterday and a blizzard is headed our way Friday and Saturday and ANOTHER snowstorm NEXT Tuesday! AH! It's insane. We haven't had a time where we haven't had a pile of snow on the ground since the blizzard in the middle of December! Honestly, it's been much, and I'm SOOOOOOO ready for summer lol. But yeah, looks like a lot more winter and snow is on the way!
Ok so other than snow, keeping me in, lol... I've just been chilling with friends... nothing too crazy or anything. I have decided to just post a whole bunch of pictures of friends from the past weeks... haha. No rhyme or reason to them. I really really hope to update more... even with little things... I just need to have the self discipline for it haha.
